Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the sugar, oil, and eggs until smooth.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mix, stirring until just combined.
  5. Fold in the grated carrots, pineapple, and walnuts.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let it cool before frosting.
