  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup gochujang
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, green onions, egg, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well.
  3. Form the mixture into small meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the gochujang, honey, and minced garlic.
  5. Brush the gochujang glaze over the meatballs.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until cooked through.
