  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Slice cucumbers thinly and sprinkle with salt. Let sit for 10 minutes to draw out excess moisture.
  2. In a bowl, mix rice vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, and chili flakes.
  3. Rinse cucumbers under cold water and pat dry.
  4. Toss cucumbers with the dressing, green onions, and sesame seeds.
