  • 4 large eggs

  • 1 can (20 oz) sliced pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the flour and baking powder.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, alternating with the buttermilk.
  6. Stir in the vanilla extract.
