  • 8 ounces noodles
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions.
  2. In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  4. Add garlic and ginger, and sauté for 1 minute.
  5. Stir in broccoli and bell peppers, and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  6. Mix in soy sauce and brown sugar until well combined.
  7. Add the cooked noodles, stirring to combine everything.
