  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup diced turkey bacon
  • 1/2 cup diced chicken ham
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  3. Add the turkey bacon, chicken ham, cheese, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the omelets are set and slightly golden.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes, then remove from the muffin tin and serve.
