  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat and add the chicken breasts; cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 7-8 minutes per side.
  3. Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest, then slice it into strips.
