2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
8 ounces fettuccine pasta
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat and add the chicken breasts; cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 7-8 minutes per side.
Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest, then slice it into strips.
