Korean BBQ Meatballs with Spicy Mayo Dip

Experience a juicy twist on a classic appetizer with these Korean BBQ Meatballs, paired perfectly with a spicy mayo dip.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together ground beef, Panko breadcrumbs, green onions, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, egg, and sesame oil until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until fully cooked.
  5. While meatballs are baking, combine mayonnaise, Sriracha, and rice vinegar in a separate bowl for the spicy mayo dip.
  6. Serve meatballs hot with the spicy mayo dip on the side.

Notes

  • Adjust the spice level by adding more or less Sriracha.
  • For a sweeter taste, consider adding honey to the meatball mixture.
