- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Sriracha
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix together ground beef, Panko breadcrumbs, green onions, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, egg, and sesame oil until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until fully cooked.
- While meatballs are baking, combine mayonnaise, Sriracha, and rice vinegar in a separate bowl for the spicy mayo dip.
- Serve meatballs hot with the spicy mayo dip on the side.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level by adding more or less Sriracha.
- For a sweeter taste, consider adding honey to the meatball mixture.
