  • 8 ounces rice noodles
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
  3. Add chicken ham and garlic to the pan, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  4. Stir in sliced bell pepper and cook until tender.
  5. Add the cooked noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and red pepper flakes. Toss to combine and heat through.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

  • Feel free to add your favorite vegetables.
  • For an extra kick, add more red pepper flakes.
