- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup diced chicken ham
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the turkey bacon and cook until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- Add onions and garlic to the pot, sauté until translucent.
- Stir in broccoli and chicken ham, cooking for about 5 minutes.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Add milk and cheddar cheese, stirring until melted and creamy.
- Serve hot, garnished with crispy turkey bacon.
