Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup pineapple, diced
  • 1/2 cup celery, diced
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 3 strips turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, pineapple, celery, red bell pepper, green onions, and turkey bacon.
  2. In a separate small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and pepper.
