  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 avocados, diced
  • 1 cup corn, fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine the shrimp with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
