  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1 cucumber, grated
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. For the tzatziki sauce, combine the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, dill, olive oil, and lemon juice in a bowl. Mix well.
  6. Serve the meatballs with the tzatziki sauce on the side.
