- 1 pound chicken thighs
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup jasmine rice
- 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, minced
- 4 scallions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a large pot, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the chicken thighs and brown on both sides.
- Add ginger and garlic to the pot, and cook until fragrant.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
