  • 1 package frozen pierogies
  • 1 pound kielbasa, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 cups sauerkraut, drained
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Layer half of the frozen pierogies in the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Add half of the kielbasa, followed by half of the onions and sauerkraut.
  3. Sprinkle half of the cheddar cheese on top.
  4. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  5. Pour chicken broth over the layers, then season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until heated through and cheese is melted.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
