Crock Pot Creamy Chicken Parmesan Soup

A deliciously creamy and comforting chicken parmesan soup made easily in your Crock Pot.

  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 6 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 pound cooked pasta (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the Crock Pot.
  2. Add the chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, diced tomatoes, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  4. Once the chicken is cooked, shred it and return to the pot.
  5. Add the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and spinach. Stir to combine.
  6. If using, add the cooked pasta and stir gently.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with additional Parmesan if desired.

Notes

  • For a thicker soup, let it simmer with the lid off for the last 30 minutes.
  • Adjust the seasoning to your taste before serving.
