- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup vegetable oil (for frying)
- 8 corn tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
