  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage

  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 avocado, sliced

Instructions

  1. Rinse and pat dry the fish fillets. Cut them into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne, and salt.
  3. Coat each piece of fish in the flour mixture.
  4. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry the fish pieces until they are golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. In a separate bowl, combine shredded cabbage, cilantro, lime juice, and mayonnaise to make the slaw.
