Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.

  4. Stir in heavy cream, Italian seasoning, sun-dried tomatoes, and spinach. Cook until the spinach wilts.
  5. Crumble the cooked turkey bacon and add it to the skillet.
