Creamy Tuscan Shrimp Pasta

A creamy and flavorful pasta dish featuring shrimp and turkey bacon.

  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 strips turkey bacon, chopped
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  4. Add cherry tomatoes and spinach to the skillet, cooking until wilted.
  5. Stir in heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Add the cooked pasta, shrimp, and turkey bacon back to the skillet. Toss to coat.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

Notes

  • This dish can be easily made gluten-free by using gluten-free pasta.
  • Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or zucchini.
