  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a shallow bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the eggs.
  4. In a third bowl, mix the Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs.
  5. Coat each chicken breast in the flour mixture, then dip into the egg, and finally coat with the Parmesan-breadcrumb mixture.
  6. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear the chicken breasts for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  7. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
