- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a shallow bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
