  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla.
  5. Alternately add flour mixture and buttermilk to the butter mixture, starting and ending with flour.
  6. In a small bowl, mix cinnamon and brown sugar.
  7. Pour half of the batter into the bundt pan, followed by the cinnamon mixture, then top with remaining batter.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let cool before removing from the pan.
