- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla.
- Alternately add flour mixture and buttermilk to the butter mixture, starting and ending with flour.
- In a small bowl, mix cinnamon and brown sugar.
- Pour half of the batter into the bundt pan, followed by the cinnamon mixture, then top with remaining batter.
