Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Add the softened butter, eggs, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
  4. Scoop the batter into the cupcake liners, filling them halfway.
  5. In another bowl, combine peanut butter and powdered sugar. Mix until smooth.
  6. Add a spoonful of the peanut butter mixture to the center of each cupcake batter.
  7. Top with remaining batter, covering the filling.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let cool before serving.
