  • 4 pieces chicken breasts
  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add olive oil and sauté mushrooms until golden.
  4. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  5. Top the chicken with cooked turkey bacon, diced chicken ham, sautéed mushrooms, and mozzarella cheese.
  6. Pour chicken broth into the baking dish.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  8. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
