  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  2. Add garlic and artichokes, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
  3. Pour in chicken broth, lemon juice, and zest; bring to a simmer.
  4. Stir in heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Let simmer for about 5 minutes.
  5. Combine with cooked pasta and toss to coat.
  6. Remove from heat, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley before serving.
