Chesapeake Lump Crab Salad

A delicious and refreshing crab salad that brings the taste of the Chesapeake Bay to your table.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound lump crab meat
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the crab meat, celery, and red onion.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Old Bay seasoning, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the crab mixture and gently fold to combine.
  4. Serve chilled on a bed of lettuce or in a sandwich.

Notes
