- 2 pounds potatoes, diced
- 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 packet ranch seasoning
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the diced potatoes, sliced sausage, ranch seasoning, and sour cream. Mix well.
