1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup sugar
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups apples, peeled and chopped
1 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into a 9×13 inch baking dish.
In a separate bowl, beat together sugar and cream cheese until smooth.
