- 2 cups butternut squash, roasted and mashed
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 8 fresh sage leaves
- Prepare the pasta dough by mixing flour, egg, salt, and nutmeg. Knead until smooth.
