2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup corn, frozen or canned
1 cup diced tomatoes
1 cup shredded cheese, your choice
1 tablespoon taco seasoning
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
1 bell pepper, diced
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, turkey bacon, black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, cheese, taco seasoning, sour cream, green onions, and bell pepper.
Mix until well combined.
Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
