  • 4 slices turkey bacon, diced
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon water

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, diced turkey bacon, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into patties.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the patties until browned on both sides.
  4. Remove patties and add beef broth to the skillet, scraping the bottom to release flavors.
  5. Return patties to the skillet, cover, and let simmer for 10-15 minutes.
