  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup chopped bananas
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the flour, baking soda, and pudding mix in another bowl, then gradually add to the creamed mixture.
  5. Fold in the chopped bananas and chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  6. Drop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto ungreased baking sheets.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
  8. Cool on the baking sheets for 5 minutes, then transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
