  • 2 lobster tails
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
  2. Use kitchen scissors to cut the top of the lobster shell lengthwise.
  3. Gently pull the lobster meat out and place it on top of the shell.
  4. In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  5. Brush this mixture over the lobster meat.
  6. Place the lobster tails in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes.
  7. Check for doneness; the lobster should be opaque and firm.
  8. Serve immediately with extra lemon butter if desired.
