- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise (Whole30 compliant)
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup lettuce, chopped
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, turkey bacon, tomatoes, and green onions.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and mix until well combined.
