White Chocolate and Raspberry Cake

Ingredients

  • 250 grams white chocolate
  • 200 grams raspberries
  • 150 grams butter
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 200 grams flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Melt the white chocolate and butter together.
  3. In a bowl, mix the sugar and eggs until fluffy.
  4. Add the melted chocolate mixture to the eggs and mix well.
  5. Sift in the flour and baking powder, then fold in gently.
  6. Gently fold in the raspberries.
  7. Pour the batter into a greased cake tin.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.
  9. Let it cool before serving.
