Turkey & Stuffing Meatballs

  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, stuffing mix, chicken broth, egg, salt, pepper, and thyme.
  3. Mix until fully combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into meatballs about 1 inch in size.
  5. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until cooked through.
