Tiramisu Brownies

A delicious combination of classic tiramisu flavors and rich brownie texture.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup brewed espresso, cooled
  • 1/4 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 2 tablespoons coffee liqueur

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, and sugar.
  3. Add melted butter, eggs, and vanilla; mix until smooth.
  4. Stir in cooled espresso and coffee liqueur until well combined.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool before serving with a dollop of mascarpone cheese.

Notes

  • For added flavor, dust with cocoa powder before serving.
  • These brownies can be made ahead of time and stored.
