  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and beef broth. Stir until smooth.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the garlic and ginger, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add the beef slices and stir-fry until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add the broccoli and sauce mixture, stirring well to coat.
  6. Cook for another 3-5 minutes until the broccoli is tender yet crisp.
  7. Drizzle sesame oil over the stir-fry, mixing well.
  8. Serve hot over rice or noodles.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the beef in soy sauce and cornstarch for 30 minutes before cooking.
