Stuffed Bell Peppers

Enjoy a delicious and easy recipe for stuffed bell peppers filled with turkey bacon and chicken ham!

  • 4 large bell peppers
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
  3. In a skillet, cook the ground turkey and turkey bacon until browned.
  4. Add the cooked rice, diced chicken ham, shredded cheese, and spices to the skillet and mix well.
  5. Stuff the bell peppers with the mixture.
  6. Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish and cover with foil.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly.
