- 1 pound fresh salmon, skinless
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Sriracha
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 cup furikake seasoning
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup pickled ginger, for serving
