Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, brown sugar, granulated sugar, melted butter, molasses, and eggs.
  3. In another bowl, mix the flour, ground ginger, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until combined.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
