- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
