Spaghetti & Spinach with Sun-Dried Tomato Cream Sauce

Delicious and creamy spaghetti dish featuring spinach and sun-dried tomatoes.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces spaghetti
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add sun-dried tomatoes and spinach, cooking until spinach is wilted.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese.
  5. Add cooked spaghetti to the sauce, tossing to coat. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve warm.
