- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup warm milk
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 packet instant yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup cooked bacon, chopped
- In a large bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Allow to sit for 5 minutes.
- Add flour, melted butter, egg, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the dough and sprinkle with cheese and bacon. Roll it up tightly.
- Slice into rolls and place in a greased baking dish.
- Let rise for another 30 minutes, then bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
