- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 pounds small Yukon gold potatoes, halved
- ¼ cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
- Place the potatoes at the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the seasoned chicken on top of the potatoes.
- Pour the chicken broth and olive oil over the chicken and potatoes.
- Sprinkle the parmesan cheese on top.

Notes
- You can substitute the Yukon gold potatoes for baby potatoes if preferred.
