- 12 ounces pasta, such as penne or fusilli
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
