Scalloped Potatoes

Deliciously creamy scalloped potatoes layered with turkey bacon and chicken ham create an indulgent comfort food experience.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups thinly sliced potatoes
  • 1 cup diced turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large baking dish, layer half of the sliced potatoes, followed by half of the turkey bacon and chicken ham.
  3. Pour half of the heavy cream over the layers and season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
  4. Add another layer of the remaining potatoes, bacon, and ham.
  5. Pour the remaining cream on top and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake for 45-60 minutes until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, consider adding garlic and onions.
