- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup shredded coconut, toasted
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a cupcake tin with liners.
- In a bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream the butter and add eggs and vanilla. Mix well.

- Fold in the toasted coconut.

- Bake for 20-22 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
