- 4 slices bread
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 2 roasted jalapenos, chopped
- 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Preheat the skillet over medium heat.
- Spread cream cheese on one side of each slice of bread.
- On two slices, layer cheddar cheese, roasted jalapenos, and turkey bacon.
- Top with the other slices of bread, cream cheese side down.
- Melt butter in the skillet and cook the sandwiches for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Notes
- Feel free to adjust the spiciness by adding more or fewer jalapenos.
