Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the chicken breasts between two pieces of plastic wrap and gently pound to an even thickness.
  3. Wrap each chicken breast with turkey bacon, securing with toothpicks if necessary.
  4. In a large skillet, sear the wrapped chicken for 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  6. Place the seared chicken in a baking dish and pour the cream mixture over the top.
  7. Sprinkle shredded Swiss cheese on top and bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
