- 12 large jumbo pasta shells
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, chopped spinach, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Fill each cooked shell with the cheese mixture.
- Spread 1 cup of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Place the stuffed shells in the dish and cover with the remaining marinara sauce.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until heated through and bubbly.
Notes
- Let the shells cool for a few minutes before serving.
- For added flavor, top with additional mozzarella cheese before baking.
